We held our coaching workshop delivered by Tommy Dorney in Boher Community Development Group AstroTurf pitch last night. There were 24 coaches in attendance from all juvenile teams as well as our feeder schools Ballina and Boher. Tommy focused on the areas of fundamental movement and a game-based approach to our training sessions. A great evening of learning and fun was had by everyone.

We would like to thank Tommy for delivering the workshop, to Martin McKeogh for arranging the night, to the players from the under 9's / 11's who took part and to everyone who attended on the night.

We look forward to seeing the learnings from the workshop being displayed on Saturday mornings on our pitches.
